John
The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Incredible service. - the location was magnificent and particularly good. Sete was not too far from the hotel. - It was located in a crowded area just next door to the quay opposite all the fish restaurants, boat trip termini, and a nearby boulangerie, an amazing base for me.

Andrew
The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and the room was modern with a private bathroom.

Richard
The king room was great for us, the bathroom was clean, with a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels, and the location on the lagoon was very central.

All in all marvellous setting very close to the port and restaurants, eating places and crowds and the canal where the August St Louis Festival takes place. Situated only 1 km from Sete. Breakfast for coffee & roll.

The room was updated and tidy, had own bathroom. Appreciated recently renovated decor. The location was great for first time visitors to Sete. And the area was nice, just next door to a nearby boulangerie, the quay opposite all the fish restaurants, and the canal where the August St Louis Festival takes place.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with many good restaurants just across the street. It made it easy for us to grab a delicious dinner without having to deal with crowds and traffic. The hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The charming canal view added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the room being small, it was adequate for our needs. We opted to have breakfast at a nearby local boulangerie, indulging in their delightful quiche and freshly baked pastries, and even got a warm loaf of French bread for our picnic. it was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel close to the old town and right in the port of Sète. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay. Fair report price /quality. Garage. Very kind and supportive receptionist.
No minibar; you should ask for water at the reception desk. Bathroom without ventilation. Though provided with a large window, this was blocked by painting. Minimal furniture.

Attractive older building well modernised for current usage centrally situated in Sete alongside the canal and thus a short walk from the main restaurant area - much further to the beaches. The room was spotless and well presented if a bit minimal. The room was quietish as it was at the rear of the hotel. The toilet and ensuite were separate and the shower was above the bath and altho' perfectly functional I would have preferred a separate shower cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would agree with other reviewers comments about the breakfast - altho' it was acceptable better value might be had elsewhere. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but this is not standard practice in French hotels, anyway. I would definitely stay again.
As mentioned above the breakfast is a bit pricey and presented on a take-it or leave-it basis. Would prefer a shower cubicle to one over the bath.

Location is good for Sete
Lacked charm and smelt musty. No shower screen and water temp is changeable. Breakfast - no choice. The cheaper rooms r small without view and upgrade to the more expensive room is recommended. The courtyard was shut up when we visited. Staff are friendly and informative.
